First tier tribunal property chamber

From the 1st of July this year the First Tier Tribunal Property Chamber will become the new forum for dealing with matters previously brought before the Leasehold Value Tribunal.

The implication of this ‘reshuffle’ is that some of the documentation issued in compliance of current regulations will need to be reworded.

Changes will need to be made to forms, such as:

  • Right to Manage Claim Notice
  • Right to Manage Counter-Notice
  • Ground Rent demands
  • The Service Charges (Summary of Tenants Rights and Obligations)
  • The Administration Charges (Summary of Tenants Rights and Obligations
